Giveaway: Sean Griswold's Head Swag

Confetti for new books and swag! Tuesday author Lindsey Leavitt released her second book Sean Griswold's Head. How fun is this book cover? Lindsey sent over 3 autographed bookmarks that I will be giving away to you!

To win simply leave your email/twitter and why you read YA. Giveaway is open to US and Canada. You must be at least 13 years of age. I will choose 3 winners on 3/6/11 10:00 AM CST.

According to her guidance counselor, fifteen-year-old Payton Gritas needs a focus object—an item to concentrate her emotions on. It's supposed to be something inanimate, but Payton decides to use the thing she stares at during class: Sean Griswold's head. They've been linked since third grade (Griswold-Gritas—it's an alphabetical order thing), but she's never really known him.

The focus object is intended to help Payton deal with her father's newly diagnosed multiple sclerosis. And it's working. With the help of her boy-crazy best friend Jac, Payton starts stalking—er, focusing on—Sean Griswold . . . all of him! He's cute, he shares her Seinfeld obsession (nobody else gets it!) and he may have a secret or two of his own.

In this sweet story of first love, Lindsey Leavitt seamlessly balances heartfelt family moments, spot-on sarcastic humor, and a budding young romance.

  6. Neat giveaway! :) I love bookmarks...I am always reading SOMEthing so am constantly in need of them haha.

YA is such a wonderful genre. I read YA books because I enjoy them the most and while different YA novels cover a wide variety of topics and plots, they all seem to deal with how the main characters are able to overcome some sort of challenge or barrier. YA fiction has just always been really inspiring to me.

    My email is
