December What I'm Reading Now

Here is my schedule. Feel free to join me and then we can discuss. Also I am always up for taking recommendations. If you check my blog often you will find I add and remove books just depending on my moods. What are you reading or looking forward to reading this month?

    1. The story seems interesting but I'm having a hard time with the narrator.

    1. I have been putting Raven Boys off because I feel like it has to be the perfect moment. I love Maggie Stiefvater!

    1. Ash: I'm so glad you love it. I'm a big fan of the hbo show so I wanted to go back and read the books. I love how close the shows stayed to the book. I consider it my bed time read so it's taking me a while to get through it, but I love it!

  4. I really liked the story of Anna Dressed In Blood, but I did NOT like the narrator on that audio. How do you like it so far?
You should do the It's Monday! What Are You Reading? meme! It's like what you did here, but on a weekly basis rather than for the whole month.

    1. I'm only an hour in and I hate the narrator. He sounds like he is in a bucket. So very weird. I'm not really a fan of memes to be honest and when I started my blog three years ago it started with a monthly to read list and it's the one thing that I have kept doing all these years.

    2. I agree! It didn't sound like the narrator had a fluid reading voice. To me there were awkward breaks in his voice that didn't fit the flow of sentences. I'll definitely READ book 2 rather than listen to it.
I love that you've done the monthly list for so long!

    3. I gave up on the audio book! I have it so I'll defiantly read it at a later point. I switched to Bossy Pants by Tina Fey. Seriously hilarious!

  6. I've just read ,The Fault in our Stars - very emotional. The author said he wanted readers 'to feel all of the things 'and he's certainly done that. Great characterisation too and a book that makes you think about life and death. It's not a perfect book -some of the events were predictable but generally a good read.
