My favorite 2012 read was Shadow and Bone by Leigh Bardugo. The last book I finished in 2012 was Through the Ever Night by Veronica Rossi. The first book I read in 2012 was one of the Chronicles of Narnia books, can't remember which and the first book I will read in 2013 will be In Your Dreams by Amy Martin.

  3. Favorite 2012 read this year? That's a toss up, it's apples and oranges, but I'm thinking...ugh...how about a few, Love and Leftovers by Sarah Tregay, Wicked and the Just by J Anderson Coats, Breaking Beautiful by Jennifer Shaw Wolf, Okay for Now by Gary Schmidt or Hunger Games. See, apples and oranges. lol

I just finished an arc, Hooked by Liz Fischera, my 2k13 mentee. Great book.

First I'll read? Boy these are hard questions, but I think I may go with Catching Fire since I've not read it yet.

The first book I read in 2012 was Love and Leftovers.

  4. My first book of 2012 was Maeve Binchy's "Minding Frankie" (liked it), my last book of 2012 is Michael Malone's "Last Noel" (having trouble getting into it). I think "The Chaparone" may have been my favorite of 2012 (but am not sure really liked "The Light Between Oceans", "The Girl Who Played with..." series was good, "Little Bee". . .I'll stick with The Chaparone if I only get one choice!
Happy New Year/Happy Reading in 2013
